You don’t need to have the right words or a clear explanation — you just need a willingness to begin. I’m here to support you through life’s ups and downs, at your pace and in a way that feels manageable for you.

Counselling gives you a calm, consistent space to explore your thoughts and feelings without pressure or expectation. My approach is gentle, integrative and person‑centred, meaning I adapt the work to suit your needs rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. Together, we can look at what’s been weighing on you, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you in moving towards greater clarity, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
